I’m Kuljeet (KC) Chouhan, an experienced accounting and
bookkeeping professional with a passion for helping individuals and small
businesses achieve financial clarity. Beyond my financial services expertise, I
have a strong track record in real estate investing—a journey that started at
age 24 when I bought and renovated my first property, turning it into a
successful rental before selling for a profit. Over the years, I’ve built a
